Vliv osobnosti učitele na klima školní třídy

The influence of teacher personality the climate in the classroom
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu učitelovy osobnosti na klima školní třídy. Jejím hlavním úkolem je popsat jak charakterové složky osobnosti učitele ovlivňují podmínky, ve kterých probíhá výuka. Výzkum vychází z reálného školního prostředí a udává pohled studentů i učitelů. Předmětem zájmu je osobnost učitele.
Abstract:
This Thesis engages in the teacher´s personality and the influence of the teacher´s personality to the climate of the school class. Its main task is to describe character component of teacher's personality influence the conditions of the teaching. The research is based on real school environment and gives the view of students and teachers.
