Comparison of the mortgag loan with more options financing of the housing needs

Abstract:

Práce hypoteční úvěry a další možnosti financování bytové potřeby obyvatelstva se zaměřuje na identifikaci jednotlivých prostředku zabezpečujících bytové potřeby. Začátek práce objasňuje základní pojem a to bytovou potřebu obyvatelstva. Dále se tato práce věnuje přibližování a vysvětlování problematiky hypotečních úvěru, stavebního spoření, státní podpory a jiných možností financování bytové potřeby obyvatelstva. V textu jsem se snažila prozkoumat fungování jednotlivých produktu. Pokoušela jsem se tyto produkty posoudit, jak mezi sebou, tak v jednotlivých kategoriích z nabídky určitých bank. Mé výsledky se odrážejí od aktuální situace na trhu a od modelového příkladu.

Abstract:

The Work Mortgage loans and other options for financing the housing needs of the population focuses on the identification of individual instruments providing housing needs. The Begining the work explains the basic idea and the housing needs of the population. Furthermore, this work deals with bring near and explain the mortgage loans, building savings, state subsidies and other financing options for housing needs of the population. In the text I have tried to examine the functioning of the individual product. I tried these products assess, both among themselves and in each category from the individual banks. My results reflects from the current market situation from the model example.
