The accounting and the legal management of theatre troupes (focused on the description of the theatre troupe tYhle, z.s.)

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce je z praktické stránky popsat účetní a právní vedení spolku. Práce se konkretizuje na popis právních a účetních postupů pro zapsané spolky působící v oblasti performančního umění. Na základě této práce bude díky konkrétním radám základní pojednání o vedení zapsaného spolku přehlednější. Práce bude sloužit především novým zakladatelům zapsaného spolku, kteří mají základní přehled o vedení právnické osoby a svá rozhodnutí řídí dle svého projektového cíle, avšak nejsou blíže seznámeni s určitými účetními a právními aspekty. V prostředí absolventů umělecké školy mnohdy není jiná možnost, než se stát předsedou vlastního zapsaného spolku a spolu s kolegy účinkovat pod jeho hlavičkou. Problémy mohou nastat ve chvíli, kdy si nové vedení uvědomí složitost právního systému České republiky.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to describe the accounting and the legal management of theatre troupes from the practical point of view. The thesis is focused on the description of legal and accounting procedures for registered companies operating in the performing arts field. Based on this work, the leadership of registered theatre companies will be clearer because of this specific advice. The thesis will mainly serve for new founders of registered companies who have a basic overview of the management of a legal entity, but who are not acquainted with certain accounting and legal aspects. In the art school graduates’ surroundings, there is often no other option than to become the chairmen of their own theatre group and, together with their colleagues, to act as head. Problems may occur when new leadership becomes aware of the complexity of the Czech legal system.
