Intraday trading and diversification using option strategies.

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Intradenní obchodování a jeho diverzifikace pomocí opční strategie" je vysvětlení a praktické využití technické analýzy na základě price action a následné vytvoření opční strategie pro diverzfikaci. Práce je rozdělena do 6 hlavních kapitol. Nejprve proberu finanční trhy, které budu obchodovat. Poté vysvětlím technickou analýzu na základě price action. V kapitole č. 3 popíšu nejen základní principy opcí, ale dostanu se do hlubší problematiky těchto finančních derivátů. Money management a risk management je téma čtvrté kapitoly. V praktické části vytvořím intradenní i opční strategii na základě teoretických znalostí z předchozích kapitol. V poslední kapitole vyhodnotím výsledky obou obchodních strategií a následně zanalyzuji diverzifikaci mezi intradenní a opční strategií.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis, "The evaluation of personal property in the FOREX market using technical analysis", is the explanation and practical use of technical analysis in currency markets. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. First, we examine the issue of the currency market FOREX. Then we focus on theoretical attributes and tools of technical analysis. The third chapter is about money management, risk management, inputs and outputs from the market. In the last part of the thesis we create a business strategy on the basis of knowledge gained from previous chapters. We test this strategy by Backtest and Paper trading methods. The results of these tests will be used to complete the business strategy. Then we use this clearly defined strategy for live trading and we assess how the market develops during one year. With this thesis I would like to show (the) how to create and test a business strategy focused on technical analysis just before the trader uses it in a real situation.
