Cílem této bakalářské práce je, na základě vymezených požadavků, vybrat nejlepší právní formu neziskové organizace pro existující případ – projekt Horse Emergency a navrhnout postup a podklady nutné pro založení vybrané formy organizace. The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to identify the best legal form of a non-profit organization to an existing case – project Horse Emergency, based on its indentified requirements, and to propose the procedure and documentation necessary for founding the organisation.
