Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zátěžovými situacemi v životě adolescenta. Cílem teoretické části je přiblížit problematiku dospívání, zátěžových situací a jejich zvládání. Primárním cílem v rámci praktické části bylo zjistit, s jakými zátěžovými situacemi se adolescenti ve věku 13-15 let nejčastěji setkávají a jak zvládají zátěž spojenou se školním prostředím. The diploma thesis deals with stressful situations in the life of an adolescent. The objective of the theoretical part of the work is to approach the issue of adolescence, stress situations and their management.
