Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metody účetního odpisování po provedení technického zhodnocení budovy u bytového družstva. V práci jsou popsány rozdílné pohledy na dlouhodobý hmotný majetek, technické zhodnocení a odpisování z účetního a daňového hlediska. The bachelor thesis focuses on the methods of accounting depreciation after the technical improvement of the building in the housing cooperative. The thesis describes different views on tangible fixed assets, technical appreciation and depreciation from the accounting and tax point of view.
