Didactic transformation of a selected part of curriculum of economic subjects

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výukou ekonomických předmětů na středních školách. Zaměřuje se zejména na publikace, které jsou při edukačním procesu využívány. Jejím cílem je didakticky zpracovat konkrétní ekonomickou oblast až do podoby kapitoly učebnice pro obchodní akademie. Tato kapitola pojednává o jednom z klíčových témat vyučovaných na ekonomických oborech, a to o lidských zdrojích v podniku. Teoretická část práce shrnuje princip fungování vzdělávacího systému v České republice a podstatu učebnic, na což navazuje didaktická analýza zmíněného tématu. Teorie je ukončena metodikou, kde jsou nastíněny metody hodnocení kvality a přínosu učebnice. První oddíl praktické části obsahuje samotné učebnicové zpracování tématu lidských zdrojů, jež přináší ucelený systematicky zpracovaný výukový text. Na něj navazuje sbírka typických praktických příkladů pro ověření vědomostí žáků. Na závěr je navrhovaná učebnice zhodnocena učitelem s dlouholetou pedagogickou praxí. Hlavním přínosem práce je kvalitně didakticky zpracovaná problematika lidských zdrojů se širokým spektrem možností využití.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis follows up with the teaching of economic subjects at secondary schools. It focuses mainly on publications that are used in the educational process. Its main benefit is the drafting of a specific chapter of the Economics Textbook for Business Academies. The chapter follows up with one of the most important topics taught at economic schools, about the human resources in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the principle of the functioning of the educational system in the Czech Republic and the essence of the textbooks, followed by a didactic analysis of the subject. The theory is completed by methodology, which outlines the methods of evaluation of the quality and the contribution of the textbook. The first part of the practical part contains the textbook's own work on the topic of human resources, which brings a comprehensive systematic textbook. It is followed by a collection of typical practical examples for verifying pupils' knowledge. In conclusion, the proposed textbook is evaluated by a teacher with a long pedagogical practice. The main contribution of the thesis is the well-didactically worked out issue of human resources with a wide range of possibilities of utilization.
