Cílem práce bylo navrhnout implementaci video životopisu v konkrétní organizaci ve veřejném sektoru a zhodnotit jeho přínosy. V práci byly popsány základní principy výběru zaměstnanců, přístupy k výběru a metody, které jsou využívány v současné praxi. The aim of the thesis was to propose the implementation of video CV in a specific public sector organisation and to evaluate its benefits. The thesis described the basic principles of employee selection, approaches to selection and methods used in current practice.
