Personal Activities of Manager

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o jednotlivých personálních činnostech, jenž vykonávají manažeři v nejrůznějších společnostech. Hlavním cílem je na základě analýzy identifikovat a zhodnotit personální činnosti manažerky v podmínkách jedné z několika poboček kavárenského řetězce Costa Coffee a v případě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout vhodná opatření.V první, teoretické části, je pomocí odborné literatury nastíněna daná problematika a charakteristika jednotlivých úkonů každého manažera z hlediska jeho vztahu k zaměstnancům. V navazující, praktické části, je charakterizována společnost, ve kterém se celá problematika řeší. Pomocí analýzy interních dokumentů společnosti, dotazníkového šetření a také přímého pozorování je analyzován vztah manažerky k jejím zaměstnancům. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a navrhnuta vhodná opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

Bachelor work deals with the individuals personal activities that perform managers in the various companies. The main goal is based on identify and evaluate the activities of the personal manager in terms of one of the several branches of the coffee chain Costa Coffee and the deficiencies found propose appropriate measures.In the first, the theoretical part, is outlined the problems by using professional literature and the characteristics of individual actions of every manager in terms of its relationship with employees. In the following, the practical part, is first characterized a society in which is the whole issue solved. By using analysis of the internal company documents, a questionnaire and by direct observation is analyzed the relationship of the manager towards its employees. In the conclusion of my work are evaluated the results of the questionnaire survey and suggested appropriate measures to improve the current situation.
