Wartime prose of Vladimír Körner

Abstract:

Práce je orientována na literárněvědnou analýzu Körnerových Podzimních novel, tzn. na zjištění jejich kompozice, zastoupení motivů, typu postav a narativního způsobu. Důležitou složkou je rovněž autorovo začlenění do literárního kontextu v souvislosti s tématem česko-německých válečných a poválečných vztahů. Důraz je přitom kladen víc než na samotná díla zpracovávající toto téma, na jejich komparaci s tvorbou Körnerovou. Odtud potom vyplývají zásadní rozdíly, které dokumentují vývoj česko-německé problematiky od přelomu čtyřicátých a padesátých let do období vstupu Vladimíra Körnera do české literatury. Ve výsledné fázi jde o specifikaci oněch odlišností a popis jejich vlivu na estetické působení díla

Abstract:

The work is orientated on the literary-scientific analysis of Korner?s Autumn novels ? to find out their composition, motifs representation, characters features, and the way of the narration. Important element is also author implementation into literary context in connection with the subject of the Czech-German war and postwar relation. At the same time emphasis is placed, instead on the actual works compiling this theme, more on their comparison with Korner?s writings. From this then arise major differences, which document the development of the Czech ? German problems on the break of 40th and 50th years until the time of Vladimir Korner?s entrance into czech literature. The resulting phase is the specification of the differences and explanation of its influence on aesthetic impression of the work
