Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek především v oblasti jejich prevence a odstranění, eventuálně zmírnění rizik a dopadů pohledávek. První část práce představuje teoretické souvislosti, jakými jsou vymezení pohledávek, jejich správa a monitoring, nástroje pro zmírnění rizik a urychlení inkasa, a v neposlední řadě se tato část věnuje vymáhání pohledávek. This thesis deals with matters of receivables, especially in areas such as their prevention, elimination or mitigation of risks and impacts of receivables.
