V této bakalářské práci jsou rozebrány teoretické aspekty získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. In this bachelor thesis are discussed theoretical aspects of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The methods for testing of job applicants and system adaptation are described.
