The attitude of teachers to the self-assessment of pupils in the primary education.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce "Postoje učitelů k sebehodnocení žáků na 1. stupni základní školy a jeho využití" je na základě realizovaného výzkumu zjistit, jaké jsou postoje učitelů s rozdílnou délkou pedagogické praxe k sebehodnocení žáků na prvním stupni, jaký v něm spatřují význam, jakož i zda sebehodnocení žáků v praxi aplikují a zda se získanými výsledky dále pracují. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se věnuje v prvé řadě vysvětlení pojmů hodnocení a školní hodnocení, jakož i funkcemi školního hodnocení a formám hodnocení. Dále se teoretická část zabývá vzdělávacími cíli a jejich významem pro hodnocení žáků, na což navazuje kapitola, která se věnuje souvislostem vzdělávacích cílů a hodnocení. Z hlediska zaměření diplomové práce se dále teoretická část zabývá rozborem formativního hodnocení, vymezením jeho technik, jeho významem a metodami. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je pak věnována autonomnímu hodnocení, tedy vrstevnickému hodnocení, sebehodnocení žáků, jeho vývoji, sebepojetí žáků, významu a typům sebehodnocení a závěrem technikám za-měřeným na rozvoj sebehodnocení. Výzkum realizovaný v rámci empirické části byl zaměřen na analýzu základních informací o respondentech, jejich délky praxe, postojů k sebehodnocení žáků, jejich spatřovaného významu sebehodnocení, jakož i jejich používání sebehodnocení žáků v praxi. První skupinu tvořilo 99 učitelů s délkou pedagogické praxe méně jak 5 let. Druhá skupina se pak skládala z 97 učitelů s délkou pedagogické praxe delší jak 15 let. Pro statistické vyhodnocení dat získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření byl použit příslušný typ t-testu pro komparaci aritmetických průměrů dvou nezávislých výběrů dat. Pro analýzu nominálních dat bylo využito metody chí-kvadrát test nezávislosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis "Attitudes of teachers to self-evaluation of primary school pupils and its use" is to find out, based on the research, what are the attitudes of teachers with different lengths of teaching practice to self-evaluation of primary school students, pupils in practice and whether the results obtained continue to work. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis deals primarily with the explanation of the concepts of evaluation and school evaluation, as well as the functions of school evaluation and forms of evaluation. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with educational goals and their importance for pupil assessment, which is followed by a chapter that deals with the context of educational goals and assessment. In terms of the focus of the diploma thesis, the theoretical part also deals with the analysis of formative evaluation, the definition of its techniques, its meaning and methods. The last chapter of the theoretical part is then devoted to autonomous evaluation, ie peer evaluation, pupils 'self-evaluation, its devel-opment, pupils' self-concept, the importance and types of self-evaluation and the conclu-sion to techniques aimed at developing self-evaluation. The research carried out in the empirical part focused on the analysis of basic information about respondents, their length of practice, attitudes to students 'self-esteem, their perceived importance of self-esteem, as well as their use of students' self-esteem in prac-tice. The first group consisted of 99 teachers with less than 5 years of teaching experi-ence. The second group then consisted of 97 teachers with a teaching experience of more than 15 years. For statistical evaluation of data obtained by questionnaire survey, the ap-propriate type of t-test was used to compare the arithmetic means of two independent data selections. The chi-square test of independence was used for the analysis of nominal data.
