Feasibility study of bio-gas station inSerbia

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování studie proveditelnosti na výstavbu bioplynové stanice v Srbské republice, pro konkrétního investora AD Neoplanta. Hlavním cílem je návrh nejvhodnější varianty bioplynové stanice (základní technicko-stavební specifikace) dle vstupních dat investora pro výběrové řízení generálního dodavatele včetně vyhodnocení rentability projektu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. V teoreticko-metodologické části je představena studie proveditelnosti, psaná formou metodologie. Aplikační část představuje investiční záměr a zpracování studie proveditelnosti, které jsou sestaveny metodologicky od představení projektu, porovnání bioplynových stanic, biologické analýzy vstupních substrátů až po provedení finanční analýzy včetně citlivostní analýzy. Závěr diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení projektu a stanovení možných nápravných opatření, které by zlepšily ekonomickou stránku projektu či snížily dopad rizik a, kritických faktorů.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a feasibility study for the construction of biogas station in the Republic of Serbia, for a particular investor AD Neoplanta. The main objective is to design the most suitable biogas plant variant (basic technical and construction specifications) according to the investor's input data for the general contractor selection procedure, including the evaluation of the project's profitability. The thesis is divided into the theoretical-methodological and application part. In the theoretical-methodological part is presented a feasibility study, written in the form of methodology. The application part is an investment plan and a feasibility study which is compiled from the project presentation, biogas comparison and biological analysis of input substrates to financial analysis including sensitivity analysis. The conclusion of the diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the project and the identification of possible corrective measures that would improve the economic aspect of the project or reduce the impact of risks, critical factors.
