České účetní předpisy byly v minulosti již mnohokrát novelizovány. K 1. lednu 2014 však byly upraveny v souvislosti s rekodifikací soukromého práva. Hlavním výstupem rekodifikace byl nový občanský zákoník společně se zákonem o obchodních korporacích. Diplomová práce se zabývá právě dopady těchto právních norem na české účetní předpisy. The Czech accounting standards have been amended many times yet. They were nevertheless adjusted in connection with the recodification of the private law on January 1st, 2014. Main output of this recodification was "The new civil code" and "The law about commercial corporations".
