Spokojenost zákazníků ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií spokojenosti, loajalitou a nespokojeností zákazníka, dále jejich péčí a věrnostními programy. Cílem této práce je vyjádřit spokojenost zákazníků ve vybraném podniku. Určit, jak jsou zákazníci spokojeni s nabízenými produkty a s péčí o zákazníky. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána prodejna Hervis sport, která sídlí v Českých Budějovicích v nákupním centru Mercury. Druhá část se zabývá popisem prodejny, pečováním o zákazníky, nabídkou věrnostních programů, dále pak dotazníkovým šetřením. Ke sběru dat byly použity metody pozorování a dotazníkového šetření. Získané informace byly analyzovány a následně vyhodnoceny. Dílčím cílem je návrh opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení spokojenosti zákazníků. Ze získaných dat vyplývá, že zákazníci jsou spokojeni se sortimentem i s péčí, která jim je věnována a dále bylo zjištěno, jaké chování očekávají od personálu a jaké negativní chování je obtěžuje.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the theory about customer satisfaction, loyalty and discontentment, as well as the care of customers and loyalty programs. The aim of this work is to express the customer satisfaction in a selected company and to determine how customers are satisfied with the products and their care. I chose the store Hervis Sports located in the shopping center Mercury in České Budějovice for present work. The second part of this study describes the company itself, its care of customers, offer of the loyalty programs and surveys. Observation methods and questionnaires were used for data collection. The collected values were analysed and subsequently evaluated. The partial goal of this thesis is to design precautions leading to improve the customer satisfaction. Achieved results show that customers are satisfied with the range of the offer and with the care that is given to them. Moreover, it was found out witch behaviour is expected by customers from the staff and witch negative behaviour is for them annoyed.
