Material and financial conditions for the hotel business

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá materiální a finanční strukturou a podmínkami pro podnikání v oboru hotelnictví. Analýza proběhla na základě výsledků dotazování u potencionálních a existujících podnikatelů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit využitelnost univerzálního manuálu pro založení gastronomické provozovny a zjištění optimální majetkové a finanční struktury v obchodním závodu. Teoreticko-metodologická část se zabývá definicí podniku, vymezení podmínek pro podnikání v oboru hotelnictví, volby právní formy podnikání, a hlavně definování materiální struktury obchodního závodu a ztrojím jejího financování, v teorii. V analytické části je popsána metodika praktického výzkumu. Pro účely bakalářské práce je použit kvantitativní výzkum, konkrétně dotazování pomocí on-line dotazníků u potencionálních a existujících podnikatelů. Také je zde provedena analýza finanční struktury existujícího obchodního závodu. Z výsledků dotazování jsou vyzdvihnuty nedostatky, které jsou rozebrány v návrhové části. Dále jsou v návrhové části doporučení pro existující i potencionální podnikatele v oboru hotelnictví.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's dissertation discusses the structure of property and finance and the conditions for the hotel business. The analysis is based on the results, from the questionnaires that were answered by the protentional businessmen and by existing businessman. The aim of this bachelor’s dissertation was to find the optimal material structure and its financing in an enterprise and as well, to find out, if its relevant to publish directions for the businessman in hospitality. In theoretical-methodological part we define hotel business as itself, set out the overall conditions, the choice of legal form and the most important the material and financial conditions for the hotel business, in theory. In analytical part the methodology of practical research will be further described. For the purpose of this work was used the quantitative research, specifically in the form of questionnaire, that was published in an on-line form. There was also made an analysis of the financial structure, from the existing hotel business, hotel Chateau Mcely. From the results of the questionnaire we pick up the most important faults in hotel business, that are discussed in the design part. In the design part are as well stated the recommendations for the existing and as well for the future businessmen.
