Learning trail as an educational path to mastering intersubject relationships.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je praktické využití naučné stezky jako netradiční edukační situace. Důraz je kladen na popis možností a limit osvojování si mezipředmětových vztahů. Vycházet budeme z pojetí naučné stezky jako přirozeného prostředí, které samo o sobě motivuje a inspiruje k identifikování, osvojování a upevňování mezipředmětových vztahů. V teoretické části se zaměříme na historické proměny pojetí projektové edukace a alternativ edukace v přírodě. Půjde nám o definiční rámec mezipředmětových vztahů v tradiční škole v kontextu kompetencí jako vzájemně propojeného souboru znalostí, dovedností a návyků. Podstatou teoretického zázemí práce bude vymezení naučné stezky jako přirozeně inspirujícího a motivujícího edukačního prostředí/situace, které propojuje vztahy mezi znalostmi z různých oborů. Praktická část bude zaměřena na ověření možností a limitů naučné stezky v přírodě. Součástí empirické části bude návrh, realizace konkrétní naučné stezky a ověření, zda mezipředmětové vztahy toto specifické prostředí/situace umožňuje efektivně osvojit, prohloubit. Výsledkem bude komparace výstupních dat.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is the practical application of an educational trail as an unconventional educational situation. Emphasis is placed on describing the possibilities and limits of acquiring cross-curricular relationships. The thesis is based on the concept of the educational trail as a natural environment that in itself motivates and inspires the identification, acquisition and reinforcement of these relationships. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the historical transformations of project-based education and alternative forms of outdoor education. The aim is to define the framework of cross-curricular relationships in the traditional school environment in the context of competences understood as an interconnected set of knowledge, skills and habits. The core of the theoretical background of the thesis is the definition of the educational trail as a naturally inspiring and motivating educational environment/situation that links knowledge from different subject areas. The practical part focuses on verifying the possibilities and limits of using an educational trail in nature. The empirical part includes the design and implementation of a specific educational trail and verification of whether this specific environment/situation enables the effective acquisition and deepening of cross-curricular relationships. The outcome is a comparison of the final data.
