Práce shrnuje možnosti kultivace a uchovávání různě velkých tkáňových i orgánových štěpů, se zaměřením na měkké a tvrdé tkáně orofaciální oblasti. Jsou řešeny nejvýznamnější metody kultivace štěpů in vitro i využití mikroperfuzních soustav při výživě a nutričním zásobení tkání. Abstract:
The thesis summarizes possibilities of cultivation and preservation of tissue and organ grafts of various sizes, focusing on soft and hard tissues of the orofacial area. It deals with the most significant methods of tissue grafts cultivation in vitro, as well as application of the microperfusive systems for nutrition and nutrient supply to tissues.
