Disjunctive reaction time of referees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma disjunktivního reakčního času rozhodčích fotbalu v kombinaci s jejich temperamentem. Teoretická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje poznatky o problematice psychologických procesů rozhodčích, psychodiagnostice a psychodiagnostických testech. V praktické části byly využity psychodiagnostické testy na určení typu temperamentu a na zjištění disjunktivního reakčního času u vybraných rozhodčích. Dále byly zpracovány data získané z psychodiagnostických testů a bylo provedeno jejich vyhodnocení. V závěrečné části je navrženo, jak by bylo možné využít zjištěné poznatky komisemi rozhodčích při náboru nových rozhodčích nebo při rozdělování rozhodčích do týmů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of the disjunctive reaction time of football referees in combination with their temperament. The theoretical part involves knowledge about psychological processes of the referees, psychodiagnosis and psychodiagnostic tests. In the practical part the psychodiagnostic tests were used to determine the types of temperament as well as disjunctive reaction times of selected referees. The data obtained from the psychodiagnostic tests were then processed and evaluated. In the final part I expressed my opinion on how the Referees Committee could use the findings for recruiting new referees or assigning them to teams.
