Abstract:
Bakalářská práce podává výklad o specifických právech menšinových akcionářů v akciové společnosti. Jednotlivé kapitoly obsahují stručný rozbor těchto specifických práv, zakotvených v českém obchodním právu. Autor je studentem III. ročníku kombinovaného bakalářského programu Právo a podnikání na PrF MUNI
Abstract:
The thesis deals with specific rights of minority-shareholders in join stock company. The component comprises exposition about this specific rights,developments and short analyses the actual paragraphs of the Czech commercial code. The author is study in Bachelor's Programm at the Faculty of Low MU. Area of study Low and Enterprise.
