Abstract:
Jedná se o nezávislý orgán státu, který má chránit osoby před jednáním úřadů a dalších institucí, které je v rozporu s právem a neodpovídá principům dobré správy. Měl by rovněž poskytovat ochranu před nečinností úřadů. Angažuje se také v problematice rovného zacházení, diskriminace a dohledem nad místy, kde jsou lidé omezeni na svobodě. It is an independent authority of the State, supposed to protect people from the acts of authorities and other institutions which are in conflict with the law and do not correspond to the principles of the solid governance.
