Cílem práce je analýza právní úpravy postavení úředních osob dle zákona č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě, v platném znění, včetně nálezu Ústavního soudu k tomuto předpisu a dostupné judikatury správních soudů. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of the status of officials according to Act No. 234/2014 Sb, the Act on Civil Service, as amended, including the Constitutional Court's ruling on this regulation and the available case law of administrative courts.
