The Key Factors of Prosperity of a Small Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje společnost MKD s.r.o., dopravní společnost, a její klíčové faktory prosperity v oblastech podniku jako je management, marketing, personální řízení a finanční řízení. V teoretické části jsou specifikovány a vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy: malé a střední podniky, management, marketing, personální řízení, finanční řízení a jejich aspekty. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na společnost MKD s.r.o. a je provedena SWOT analýza. Následně jsou navržena opatření k udržení a zlepšení prosperity podniku.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's Thesis analyzes the MKD s.r.o., Transport Company, and their key factors of prosperity in parts of the company as management, marketing, personnel management and financial management. In the theoretical part the key concepts are specified and defined: SME, management, marketing, personnel management, financial management and their aspects. In the practical part these theoretical terms are applied to the MKD s.r.o. and it is performed a SWOT analysis. Then the measures leading to the maintenance and to the improvement of prosperity of this company are suggested.
