Knowledge Management in Company Environment

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje praktickou implementaci znalostního managementu v prostředí společnosti Infotea, s. r. o., která je součástí skupiny Czech Coal. Dále obsahuje analýzu stávajícího stavu dat, informací a znalostí. Představuje implementaci v konkrétním prostředí, včetně zmapování již existujících procesů a s ohledem na ně. Text obsahuje odbornou terminologii nejen z teorie, ale i praxe v oblasti informační společnosti, která je řízena zákazníkem. Práce je v podstatě shrnutí projektu implementace znalostního managementu, který trval celých 10 měsíců, jejíž výsledky lze hodnotit i na základě měřitelných výsledků. Důvodem k napsání práce bylo, že jsem se mohl na tomto projektu aktivně podílet jako iniciátor změny a její realizátor. Hlavním cílem je zvýšení efektivity a produktivity práce, zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků. Mohu konstatovat, že z prvních měřitelných výsledků je přínos zavedení managementu znalostí velmi význačný, což představují výsledky zveřejněné přímo v práci.

Abstract:

This work includes practical implementation of knowledge management in a corporate environment Infotea, Ltd., which is part of Czech Coal. It also contains analysis of the current data, information and knowledge. It represents the implementation in a specific environment, including mapping of existing processes with respect to them. The text includes not only the terminology of the theory but also practice in the information company, which is controlled by the customer. The work is essentially a summary of the implementation of knowledge management project, which lasted 10 months, the results can be evaluated on the basis of measurable results. The reason for writing this work was that I was able to actively participate in this project as an initiator of change and its implementer. The main objective is to increase efficiency and productivity, improve customer satisfaction. I can say that the first measurable results are the benefits of establishing a knowledge management distinguished, which are direct results of published work.
