Specification of Social Work in Prisons

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala specifikací sociální práce ve věznici a objasněním metod práce s odsouzenými. V teoretické části je vysvětlena metodologie, legislativní rámec sociální práce, role sociálního pracovníka ve věznici a samotné metody sociální práce. Empirická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, které se zabývalo průzkumem metod práce s odsouzenými a nástrojem na hodnocení rizik a potřeb odsouzených z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. V závěru byly zhodnoceny cíle a hypotézy bakalářské práce, které byly dříve stanoveny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with specification of social work in prison and clarification of methods of work with convicts. The theoretical part explains the methodology, the legislative area of social work, the role of the social worker in the prison and the methods of social work. The practical part is devoted to the survey, which examines the methods of working with convicts and the tool for the evaluation of risks and needs of convicts from the social workers point of view. The objectives and hypotheses of the bachelor thesis are evaluated at the end of the bachelor thesis.
