Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou lidských práv mrtvých osob. Úvod a první kapitola se věnuje definování pojmu mrtvá osoba a snaží se zdůvodnit nárok mrtvých osob na lidská práva pomocí historického, náboženského i právně-teoretického kontextu. V dalších kapitolách jsou rozebrána jednotlivá lidská práva ve vztahu k mrtvým osobám – jedná se o právo na spravedlivý proces, právo vlastnit majetek …more

The thesis deals with human rights of the deceased. The introduction with the first chapter focus on defining the notion of a dead person and try to reason entitlement of the deceased to human rights on the basis of historical, religious and theoretical context.
