Current state of personal self-defense courses in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kurzy sebeobrany pro ženy a očekáváními zúčastněných žen od těchto kurzů. Teoretická část obsahuje stručný úvod do sebeobrany a objasňuje pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu. Výzkumná část zjišťuje očekávání žen od kurzů sebeobrany a cíle instruktorů těchto kurzů. Následně oba údaje porovnává a zjišťuje, zda se shodují či nikoli.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with self-defence courses for women and their expectations on these courses. The theoretical part provides a brief introduction to self-defence and explains other terms that are related to the topic.
