Abstract:

ENDLEROVÁ, Tereza. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s depresí. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Eva Marková, Ph.D. Praha 2021. 59 stran. Bakalářská práce pojednává o ošetřovatelské péči u pacienta s depresí. Cílem bakalářské práce je přehledně shrnout základní informace o depresi. Její dělení, etiologii, diagnostiku a léčbu, včetně krátkého přehledu psychiatrické péče v ČR. Dále pak popsat specifika ošetřovatelské péče u tohoto onemocnění. Cílem případové studie je popsat ošetřovatelskou péči realizovanou metodou ošetřovatelského procesu u pacientky s depresí, která byla přijata v psychiatrické nemocnici v těžké fázi deprese bez psychotických příznaků. Podle stanovených ošetřovatelských problémů jsou stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle NANDA I taxonomie II 2018-2020. V této kapitole jsou podrobně rozpracovány dvě ošetřovatelské diagnózy, u kterých je stanoven plán ošetřovatelské péče, popsána realizace intervencí a následné hodnocení ošetřovatelské péče. Práce je zakončena doporučeními pro praxi. Práce shrnuje základní informace o nemoci, péči o pacienta a uvádí některé ošetřovatelské diagnózy, které se u deprese mohou objevit, především se zaměřuje na obezitu, zpomalené psychomotorické tempo a prevenci suicidia.

This bachelor thesis is about Nursing Process in a Depressive Patient. The aim of the thesis is to clearly summarize basic information about depression its division, etiology, diagnostics and treatment including a brief overview of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it describes the specifics of nursing care for this disease. The aim of the case study is to describe the nursing care by the method of nursing proces in a patient with depression. She was admitted to a psychiatric hospital with severe depression without psychotic symptoms. Nursing diagnoses were established on the basis of nursing problems according to NANDA I. Taxonomy 2018-2020. There are two nursing diagnoses elaborated in detail in this chapter. Nursing care plan is established, the implementation and evaluation of nursing care are described. The bachelor thesis ends with recommendations for practice. The Bachelor thesis summarizes basic information about the disease, nursing care and introduces some of nursing diagnosis which may occur in depression. It is focused on obesity, slow psychomotor rate and prevention of suicide.
