Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o síťování sociálních služeb pro osoby s duševním onemocněním. V práci jsou popsána nejčastější duševní onemocnění, se kterým i se může sociální pracovník během své praxe setkat, jejich stručné charakteristiky a následně specifika sociální práce s touto cílovou skupinou. Další kapitola popisuje proces síťování sociálních služeb, jakým způsobem jsou sítě tvořeny, jaké jsou jejich druhy a k čemu sítě služeb slouží. V práci je dále popsáno síťování sociálních služeb pro danou cílovou skupinu, a to v Moravskoslezském kraji, zejména v Ostravě. Práce popisuje současný stav sítě služeb a následný vývoj na další období podle střednědobého plánu rozvoje sociálních služeb.

Abstract:

The thesis discusses the social networking services for persons with mental illness. The thesis describes the most common mental disorders with which the social worker may encounter during their practice, their brief characteristics and subsequently the specifics of social work with this target group. The next chapter describes the process of social networking services, how networks are formed, what are the types and what network services are used. The work is further described social networking services to the target group, in the Moravian-Silesian region, especially in Ostrava. The work describes the the current state of network services and the subsequent development of the next medium-term development plan by social services.
