Abstract:
V této práci se zaměřím na problematiku zneužití dominantního postavení soutěžitelů na relevantním trhu. V úvodních kapitolách se zaměřuji na právní úpravu ochrany hospodářské soutěže a to jak ve vztahu k právu České republiky, tak i ve vztahu ke komunitárnímu právu. In this thesis I will focus on the issue of abuse of dominant market position of bidders in the market in question.
