Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje komplexnímu dopravnímu řešení lokality Vápenka v Pardubicích. Hlavním předmětem je integrace lokality do nadřazené komunikační sítě s ohledem na budoucí rozvoj oblasti podle platného územního plánu. Specifický důraz je kladen na stavební úpravy stěžejních křižovatek v oblasti, zejména MÚK Závodiště a styková křižovatka ulic Teplého a Pražská. Úvodní kapitoly seznamují s dopravní problematikou samotné lokality Vápenka, jejím plánovaným rozvojem a rozvojem komunikační sítě v širší souvislosti s řešeným dopravním uzlem. Praktická část představuje návrhy na zlepšení dopravního řešení, možné stavební úpravy a optimalizaci organizace provozu. Navržené varianty jsou simulovány v mikrosimulačním prostředí softwaru PTV Vissim. Na základě analýzy výstupů sledovaných veličin jsou varianty vyhodnoceny. Následně je identifikována optimální varianta, která nejlépe odpovídá potřebám dopravního řešení v oblasti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the comprehensive transport solution of the Vápenka locality in Pardubice. The main subject is the integration of the locality into the superior road network with regard to the future development of the area according to the valid spatial plan. Specific emphasis is placed on construction improvements to key intersections in the area, especially MÚK Závodiště and the junction of streets Teplého and Pražská. The introductory chapters introduce the transport issues of the Vápenka locality, its planned development and the development of the road network in a broader context with the traffic hub being addressed. The practical part presents suggestions for improving the traffic solution, possible construction modifications and optimizing the organization of traffic. The proposed variants are simulated in the microsimulation environment of the PTV Vissim software. The variants are evaluated based on the analysis of the outputs of the monitored variables. Subsequently, the optimal option is identified, which best meets the needs of the transport solution in the area.
