Developing technical skills in practical training

Abstract:

Rigorózní práce se věnuje rozvíjením technických kompetencí při praktické výuce na střední škole. Práce je uvedena teoretickými východisky a vymezením pojmu kompetence, které jsou důležité z hlediska získání teoretických vědomostí a praktických dovedností. Následuje část věnující se specifickým rysům výuky odborného výcviku, jako jsou uplatňování didaktických zásad v odborném výcviku, systémy odborného výcviku, projektové postupy výuky a různé typy metod užívaných při výuce odborného výcviku. Autor se v této části také zaměřuje na využití nových prostředků z oblasti ICT a vazby odborného výcviku na ostatní vyučovací předměty. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na výzkum. V této části autor popisuje návrh a realizace postupů a metod, kterých bylo použito při vzájemném porovnání obou skupin, z nichž první pracuje tradičními postupy a druhá skupina pracuje na flexibilním montážním systému FMS-200. Pak následuje samotný pedagogický experiment, ve kterém se zpracovávají výsledky dotazníku, které se pak navzájem porovnají a vyhodnotí. Součástí této práce je také zpracovaná metodika, která byla použita při výzkumu a ve které jsou popsány zadané úlohy i jejich řešení. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je popis nových postupů a metod, použitých pro rozvíjení technických kompetencí žáků na střední odborné škole. Autor se domnívá, že technické kompetence se posilují nejlépe při praktické výuce. Navržené postupy a metody jsou použity v praxi, ve výuce předmětu Mechatronika, konkrétně v odborném výcviku na flexibilním montážním systému FMS 200. V této výuce proběhl rovněž pedagogický experiment. Součástí této práce je i metodická příručka pro učitele odborného výcviku.

Abstract:

Doctoral thesis deals with developing of technical competences during practical training at high school. The thesis is presented with theoretical basis and specification of the competencies that are important for the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The following is a section dealing with the specific teaching features used during vocational training, such as the application of teaching principles in vocational training, systems training, project teaching methods and other various types of methods. The author also focuses on the use of new resources in the field of ICT and links to other subjects. The second part of the thesis is focused on the research. In this section, the author describes the design and implementation of procedures and methods which were used in the mutual comparison of the two groups, the first of which uses traditional methods while the second group works on the flexible assembly system FMS 200. Then, the actual pedagogical experiment follows in which the results of the questionnaire are mutually compared and evaluated. Moreover, one part of this thesis is the methodology that was used in the research and that describes the assigned tasks and their solutions. The main result of this paper is the describtion of the new procedures and methods used for developing of the pupils´ technical skills at the school. The technical competences are believed to be strengthened the best while practicing. The proposed procedures and methods are used in practicing in the subject Mechatronics, particularly during vocational training on a flexible mounting system FMS 200. This thesis also contains the methodological guide for teachers of vocational training
