The observation and the draft of the ergonomic solution of the risk factors at ambulance drivers

Abstract:

Předmětem zájmu této bakalářské práce je sumarizace rizikových faktorů působících na pohybový systém u souboru řidičů zdravotnické záchranné služby. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat faktory ovlivňující možný vznik nemocí z povolání u řidičů zdravotnické záchranné služby a navrhnout ergonomicky vhodná preventivní opatření jejich eliminace včetně zpracování manuálu pro řidiče. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pracovní pozici řidiče zdravotnické záchranné služby a popisuje jeho pracovní náplň. Dále se zde nachází výčet v odborné literatuře uváděných rizikových faktorů působících na pohybový systém řidičů sanitek se souhrnem ergonomických doporučení k nastavení sedačky řidiče a ke zvedání a manipulaci s pacienty. V praktické části jsou posuzovány ergonomické aspekty pracovního místa, pracovních poloh a pohybových stereotypů řidičů zdravotnické záchranné služby. Jsou zpracovány tři kazuistiky, kde jsou pro ně navrženy kompenzační a protahovací cviky. Díky úpravě pracovního místa a pohybových stereotypů s návrhem kompenzačního a protahovacího cvičení došlo u všech probandů k redukci či úplnému vymizení zdravotních obtíží.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a summary of the risk factors affecting the muscolosceletar system of drivers employed at the emergency medical services. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the factors influencing the occurrence of occupational diseases at ambulance drivers and to propose ergonomically suitable preventive measures for they elimination including the processing of the manual for the driver. The teoretical part of the thesis defines the working position of the emergency medical services driver and describes his or her job description. There is a list of risk factors affecting the muscolosceletar system of paramedic drivers with a set of ergonomic recommendations for driver´s seat adjustment and manipulation with patiens. Ergonomic aspects of the driver´s job, the working positions and the movement stereotypes of the emergency medical services are asssed in the practical part. The file komplex of examined drivers is processed in the case study from where compensatory and stretching exercises are suggested. By adjusting the workplace and movement stereotypes with the proposal of compensatory and stretching exercises, probandes have reduced or completely eliminated health problems.
