Diplomová práce pojednává o veřejné prospěšnosti v České republice. Cílem práce je zmapovat současnou situaci týkající se veřejné prospěšnosti v České republice, popsat změny, které nová právní úprava přináší a následně srovnat institut veřejné prospěšnosti s dalšími evropskými státy. The thesis discusses the public utility in the Czech Republic. Aim of the thesis is to map the current situation in Czech Republic regarding to the public utlity, describe the changes mady be new legislation and then compare the status of public utility with other European countries.
