Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis firem firemní kultury v konkrétní společnosti. Práce je rozděla na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o firemní kultuře. V praktické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé prvky firemní kultury společnosti Betotech s.r.o. The aim of this bachelor´s is to describe the corporate culture in a selected company. The work is divided in a theoretical and practical part. The basic issues concercing corporate culture are summarized in the theoretical part.
