Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit motivační a vzdělávací systém Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Teoretická část práce je věnována rešerši základních pojmů. Následuje metodická část, kde jsou uvedeny, popsány a argumentovány zvolené metody výzkumu, jež byly i přes své limity zvoleny jako nejvhodnější.
