Restoration measures in the enterprise

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ozdravných opatření v podniku. Analyzování skutečností a porovnávaní s plánem, vyvozování příčin případných odchylek a především doporučení, jak správně i efektivně jednat do budoucna. Celková studie je pokračováním předchozí bakalářské práce, jejímž tématem byla Finanční analýza obchodní společnosti a návrh na zlepšení efektivity v oblasti financí. Průběh procesů byl od počáteční finanční a personální analýzy minulých let, přes sestavení ročního finančního plánu až po doporučení, jakými nástroji stanovený plán lze dosáhnout. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je podrobně analyzovat, v jakém rozsahu se podařilo předchozí doporučené kroky ve firmě aplikovat. Zda-li ozdravná opatření přinesly očekávané výsledky. V opačném případě objasnit důvody nezdarů. K oběma studiím byla zvolena konkrétní firma, z níž jsou čerpána reálná data. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části se seznámíme s myšlenkou, jak má být práce koncipována, co vše můžeme od tématu očekávat. Naskytne se také možnost studia odborných znalostí k danému tématu. Po teoretické části přejdeme k popisu firmy, projdeme podrobnou studií minulých ukazatelů a předchozích stanovených cílů. Třetí část je samotná podstata práce, tj. analýza skutečnosti porovnávaná s plánem a hodnocení, jak úspěšná firma byla ve svých záměrech. Celá práce se uzavírá závěrem, ve kterém je řečeno, co firma vše dosáhla a co nikoliv. Následují doporučení pro zdravou budoucnost firmy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the curative measures in the enterprise. Analyzing and comparing facts with the plan, deducing the causes of any deviations and particularly recommendations, as well as to act effectively in the future. Overall the study is a continuation of previous thesis, the theme of Financial Analysis of a trading company and a proposal for improving its finances efficiency. Of the process from the initial funding and staffing analysis of previous years, despite the establishment of the annual financial plan and recommendations for the tools set out a plan can be achieved. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze in detail the extent to which succeeded the previous actions recommended in the company to apply. Whether the restoration measures yielded the expected results. If not, explain the reasons for failures. The two studies were chosen a particular company, which is drawn from real data. The thesis is divided in four parts. The first part, we introduce the idea of how to work conceived what you can expect from the topic. Also arises the possibility of studying expertise on the subject. After the theoretical part, you will enter a description of the company, go through a detailed study of past and indicators of previous objectives. The third part is the very essence of the work that is actually compared with the analysis and evaluation plan, as the company was successful in its intentions. The whole work is finally concluded, in which it is said, what the company has achieved everything and what not. And follow the recommendations for a healthy future of the company
