Invalidity and inefficacy of legal acts in insolvency proceedings in the view of czech and russian legal systems.
Abstract:
Práce popisuje právní úpravu ohledně prohlášení právních úkonů dlužníka za neplatné a neúčinné v rámci insolvenčního řízení, a to z hlediska ruské a české právní úpravy. Autor provádí komparaci této problematiky mezi právními řády Ruské federace a České republiky, uvádí výhody a nedostatky každé ze zkoumaných legislativ.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the legal regulation of declaration of invalidity or inneffectiveness of legal acts of a debtor within the framework of both Czech and Russian insolvency proceedings. The author compares the legal regulation of the issue between these two legal systems, explains the advantages and the problems from the prospective of both analised legislations.
