Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení lyžařské akademie „Zaby’s ski academy“ a zjištění jeho efektivnosti a návratnosti. V práci je sestaven finanční plán, obsahující plánovanou výsledovku a cash flow, jsou zde rovněž zjištěna rizika pro vstup firmy na trh a popsány jednotlivé marketingové nástroje pro definování konkurenční výhody. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on creating of a business plan for the establishment of the skiing academy named "Zaby's ski academy" and finding out its efficiency and payback. The work compiles a financial plan, which includes the planned income statement and cash flow, there are also the risks of entering the market and other individual marketing tools for defining competitive advantages.
