Analysis of the consequences of psychical domestic violence

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou některých následků psychického domácího násilí (dále jen PDN). Nejprve poukazuje na úskalí života oběti PDN bezprostředně po opuštění agresora. Je zde popsán posttraumatický syndrom a nastíněny jednotlivé etapy uzdravování. Dále se práce zabývá sociálně ekonomickou situací oběti PDN a jejím složitým začleňováním zpět do společnosti. Je poukázáno na existenci sekundárního psychického domácího násilí a na jeho nebezpečnost. Diplomová práce se v této části zaměřuje na pokračující vliv agresora na oběť a to tzv. „v zastoupení“, zejména prostřednictvím rodiny a okolí, a stěžejním tématem je zde „dítě jako nástroj manipulátora“. V této souvislosti je zmíněn i vliv státních orgánů a jejich časté selhání, či pochybení. Praktická část diplomové práce pak obsahuje dotazník, který má zjistit, jak velké je procento dětí, které se staly obětí sekundárního PN a jaké důsledky má střídavá péče s agresorem. Formou kazuistiky jsou v celé práci zmíněny konkrétní příběhy, se kterými se autorka setkala ve svém bezprostředním okolí, na diskusním fóru pro oběti domácího násilí a především které sama zažila. Závěr práce obsahuje zamyšlení nad dlouhodobým dopadem PDN jako je opakování vzorce chování a generační otisk. Cílem diplomové práce je odhalit, že odchodem od agresora psychické domácí násilí pro oběť zdaleka nekončí. Poukázat na existenci sekundárního PDN a na dlouhodobé následky PDN nejen pro samu oběť, ale pro celou společnost.

Abstract:

Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of some consequences of psychological domestic violence (hereinafter only PDN). He first points out the pitfalls of the victim's life as an amendment immediately after leaving the aggressor. It describes the post-traumatic syndrome and outlines the various stages of healing. Furthermore, the work deals with the socio-economic situation of the victim of the amendment and its complex integration back into society. The existence of secondary psychological domestic violence and its danger are pointed out. The diploma thesis in this part focuses on the continuing influence of the aggressor on the victim, the so-called "in representation", especially through the family and the environment, and the main topic here is "the child as a tool manipulator". In this context, the influence of state authorities and their frequent failures or mistakes are also mentioned. The practical part of the diploma thesis then contains a questionnaire to find out what is the percentage of children who have fallen victim to secondary PN and what are the consequences of alternating care with the aggressor. In the form of a case study, specific stories are mentioned throughout the work, which the author met in her immediate surroundings, on a discussion forum for victims of domestic violence and, above all, which she experienced herself. The conclusion of the thesis contains reflections on the long-term impact of the amendment, such as the repetition of the pattern of behavior and the generational imprint. The aim of the diploma thesis is to reveal that leaving the aggressor does not end the domestic domestic violence for the victim. Point out the existence of a secondary amendment and the long-term consequences of the amendment not only for the victim himself, but for society as a whole.
