Sounds of Russian language - the board game: Piloting and Digitalisation

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the use of games in Russian phonetics teaching and learning. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, the importance of Russian phonetics teaching in primary schools will be described, which means the pupils who are at the language level of A1. Moreover, in the diploma thesis, the present state of the application of phonetics in the Czech textbooks of the Russian language will be described, after which there will be described the use of a game in phonetics teaching, the advantages and disadvantages of such teaching and what types of games exist. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the research will be done for which the method of observation will be used. The research focuses on using the board game “Ruské hlásky hrou” in teaching the Russian language to the students of the grammar school who are on the language level of A1. The research will consist of two parts. During the first part of the observation, the students will use the board game, whereas in the second part of the observation they will use the digital version of the board game. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe how games can be used in Russian phonetics teaching. The results of this diploma thesis can be used for further research in the stated field, for the methodology formation aimed at the correct Russian pronunciation, or for the development of the didactics texts.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím her ve výuce fonetiky ruského jazyka. V teoretické části této diplomové práce se budeme věnovat vymezení důležitosti výuky fonetiky ruského jazyka na základních školách, tj. u žáků na jazykové úrovni A1. V diplomové práci bude dále uveden dosavadní stav využití fonetiky v českých učebnicích ruského jazyka, načež bude uvedeno, jak je možné ve výuce fonetiky využít hru, jaké jsou výhody a nevýhody takové výuky a jaké jsou typy her. V praktické části této diplomové práce pak bude proveden výzkum metodou pozorování využití hry „Ruské hlásky hrou“ ve výuce ruského jazyka u studentů gymnázia, kteří jsou na jazykové úrovni A1. Výzkum proběhne ve dvou etapách, při prvním pozorování budou studenti používat deskovou verzi této hry, při druhém pozorování pak budou používat její digitální verzi. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat způsob, jakým je možné využívat hry při výuce fonetiky ruštiny. Výsledky této diplomové práce budou moci být využity pro další výzkumy v dané oblasti, pro vytvoření metodik pro výuku správné ruské výslovnosti, či pro vznik didaktických textů.
