Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je tvorba produktu - vlastního dokumentárního filmu s názvem „Dido“. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - audiovizuálního díla a textové části. Výsledkem praktické části je dokumentární portrét dědečka autorky, který je zároveň poetickým emocionálním filmem, který upřímně a opravdově přibližuje stáří. Cílem teoretické části je rozbor kontextu tématu a stěžejních aspektů dokumentární tvorby. Představená metodologie objasňuje na základě odborné literatury postupy režie, kamerové a zvukové tvorby a střihové skladby při vzniku autorského dokumentárního portrétu. Použité metody, které byly při tvorbě díla uplatněny, autorka reflektuje v poslední části diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The theme of this Master’s thesis is the creation of a product - a documentary film named "Dido". The work consists of two parts - an audiovisual part and a text. The result of the practical part is a documentary portrait of author’s grandfather but also a poetic and emotional film that presents one’s old age in a sincere and authentic manner. The aim of the theoretical part is to analyze the context of chosen topic and the key aspects of documentary production. The presented methodology explains, in relation to literature, the methods of directing, camera and sound creation and editing in making of authorial documentary portrait. These methods, which were used in the creation of the work, are reflected in the last part of this diploma thesis.
