Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vztahu mezi počtem zaměstnanců ve veřejném sektoru a úspěšného vládnutí v zemích EU. Cílem práce je identifikovat tento vztah a určit, zdali je počet zaměstnanců vlivným faktorem na úspěšnost veřejného sektoru.
