Utilization of Principes Sustainable Development in Town Plan in Field of Waste Water

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je koncepce řešení odpadních vod ve městě Strakonice a způsob jejich odvádění a čistění. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy udržitelný rozvoj, územní plánování a problematika spojená s odpadními vodami. V praktické části je na příkladu města Strakonic specifikován vývoj obyvatelstva v posledních letech, změny v průmyslové základně města a stav kanalizační sítě a modernizace čistírny odpadních vod. Práce na základě dlouhodobého vývoje podle územního plánu popisuje očekávaný vývoj obytných a průmyslových zón a jejich řešení v odvodu odpadních vod. Závěrem je dokumentováno porovnání vypouštěného znečištění před a po rekonstrukcí městské čistírny z hlediska dosaženého čistícího efektu a stručně hodnotí novou investici z hlediska kapacitních potřeb pro další vývoj.

Abstract:

The subject-matter of the bachelor thesis is to design the waste water solution and the method of waste water discharge and treatment in the town of Strakonice. The theoretical part defines the following terms: sustainable development, planning and the waste water-related issue. Using the town of Strakonice as an example, the practical part specifies the population development in the recent years, changes in the industrial base of the town and a condition of a sewerage network and the waste water treatment plant upgrading. Based on the long-term development in accordance with the relevant urban structure plan, the thesis describes the expected development of the residential and industrial areas and solution of their waste water discharge. As a conclusion, the thesis compares, based on the relevant data, the discharged sludge before and after the urban treatment plant upgrading from the viewpoint of the achieved treatment effect and briefly evaluates a new investment in terms of the capacity needs for the further development.
