Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem a obsahem účetní závěrky, strukturou jednotlivých výkazů, podstatou přílohy k účetní závěrce a jejím obsahem i rozsahem k jednotlivých výkazům dle platných českých standardů.V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na všeobecný popis účetní závěrky, obsahy jednotlivých výkazů jako je rozvaha, výkaz zisků a ztrát, cash flow, výkaz o vlastním kapitálu a převážně na uspořádání a obsah přílohy k účetní závěrce.V praktické části se práce zabývá představením společnosti Elpot, s.r.o., sestavením přílohy k účetní závěrce společnosti Elpot., s.r.o. a ukázkami příloh jiných společností s následným hodnocením.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is to provide a description of the significance and composition of the financial statement, the structure of individual reports, the fundamentals of the appendix to financial statement and its contents and relation to individual reports in accordance with valid Czech standards.The theoretical part focuses on a general account of the financial statement, the scope of the individual reports, such as the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the cash flow statement, the equity statement, and mainly on the structure and contents of the appendix to financial statement.The practical part deals with the introduction of the company Elpot, s.r.o. and provides the preparation of the appendix to financial statement of the company Elpot, s.r.o. and appendix samples from other companies followed by an evaluation.statement of the company Elpot, s.r.o.
