Podpora mobility pracovní síly a získávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti působící v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku mobility pracovní síly. Analyzuje současný stav mobility a nástrojů podporujících mobilitu pracovní síly. Zabývá se též současnými benefity ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh, kterým bude podpořena mobilita pracovní síly a navrhnout řešení související se získáváním nových zaměstnanců pro konkrétní společnost.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on workforce mobility. It analyzes the current state of mobility and the tools supporting workforce mobility. It also addresses the current benefits in the chosen company. The main aim of this thesis is to create a proposal that will support workforce mobility and propose solutions related to the acquisition of new employees for a particular company.
