Description of primary prevention of risk behavior in terms of alcohol consumption by under age patients treated with the Emergency Medical Service of the Vysocina region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá primární prevencí rizikového chování v kontextu četností výjezdů posádek Zdravotnické záchranné služby Kraje Vysočina (ZZS KV) k nezletilým pacientům konzumujících alkohol v období 2006 - 2015. Teoretická část definuje jednotlivá vývojová období nezletilých z hlediska psychologického vývoje, rizikové chování, alkohol jako návykovou látku, vývoj primární prevence zaměřenou na konzumaci alkoholu a principy komunitní péče, podle kterých se programy primární prevence prezentují. Výzkumná část práce je rozdělená do dvou úseků. První úsek se věnuje nastavení koncepce primární prevence rizikového chování u nezletilých v Kraji Vysočina (KV). Druhý úsek na základě stanovených proměnných retrospektivně zkoumá četnosti výjezdů posádek ZZS KV k nezletilým pacientům konzumujících alkohol. Dosažené výsledky mohou následně využívat realizátoři programů ke zkvalitnění primární prevence rizikového chování v Kraji Vysočina. Výsledky jsou znázorněny do tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the primary prevention of risk behaviour in the context of the departure frequency of Emergency Medical Service crews in the Vysocina Region (EMS VR) to underage patients consuming alcohol in 2006 - 2015. Theoretical part defines individual development stages of underage patients in terms of their psychological development, risk behaviour, alcohol as an addictive substance, the development of primary prevention focused on alcohol and community care principles according to which primary prevention programmes are presented. The research is divided into two sections. The first section is dedicated to the setting the concept of primary prevention of risk behaviour among the underage youth in the Vysocina region (VR). The second section, which is based on the defined variables, retrospectively examines the frequency of departures EMS crews VR to underage patients consuming alcohol. The results can be consequently used by the programmes implementers to improve the primary prevention of risk behaviour in the Vysocina region. The results are represented in the charts and graphs.
