Tato diplomová práce pojednává o následcích vad právních jednání. První část práce je věnována právnímu jednání samotnému. Zabývala jsem se zejména tím, jaké požadavky musí právní jednání splňovat, aby vzniklo a bylo schopné vyvolat zamýšlené právní následky. This thesis deals with the consequences of defects in legal acts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the legal acts themselves. I dealt namely with the requirements to be met by legal acts to come to existence and be able to invoke intended legal consequences.
